This stainless steel Grill Centre burner gas barbecue has been remodelled for 2011 with new front mounted control panel, with kettle style knobs and integrated sear station. Covered by a 25 Year Warranty Programme from Weber, the S330 features 3 Stainless steel burners, 42,000 BTU-per-hour input (12.3 kW/h), 12,000 BTU-per-hour input (3.51 kW/h) flush-mount side burner and electronic crossover ignition system. 7mm diameter stainless steel rod cooking grate!. Stainless steel Flavorizer bars. Stainless steel shroud with a centre-mounted thermometer and accent-coloured, cast-aluminium end caps.

Primary cooking area = 507 sq. in. /3271 cm2, Warming rack area = 130 sq. in. /839 cm2, Total cooking area = 637 sq. in. /4110 cm2. Enclosed cart with stainless steel doors and stai steel handles and accent-coloured painted side and rear anels. Accent-coloured painted steel frame with 2 stainless steel work surfaces & 6 Tool holders with Enclosed storage area.

Sear Station®:

Fantastic for flash searing steaks to perfection, Weber's Sear Station boost burner creates a temporary high heat zone for searing the outside of meat creating beautiful caramelised grill marks and sealing in juices. After searing, slide the meat to a cooler zone of the grill to finish cooking - the "Sear and Slide" technique.

When searing is complete, turn off the Sear Stations boost burner, allow the sear zone to cool, and the Sear Station becomes usable grilling space. Traditional infrared sear burners can only be used during the brief searing process; they are not usable grill space during the rest of the cooking process.
